Oxford complied a list of the top most irritating phrases. I thought this list was funny and pretty interesting. I am definitely guilty of using some of these regularly. This makes me laugh because I didn't realize how annoying and overused these phrases are until now.
1 - At the end of the day
2 - Fairly unique
3 - I personally
4 - At this moment in time
5 - With all due respect
6 - Absolutely
7 - It's a nightmare
8 - Shouldn't of
9 - 24/7
10 - It's not rocket science
I would add "to be honest", "no offense but", and "the truth of the matter is". Any more you would like to add?

I won't say any particular phrases, just know that on Fast Sunday, I hear a lot of them.....
I'll say some of them..."with every fiber of my being"..."each and every one of you"...
Not a statement, but when people asks themself a question and then answers it, that drives me crazy. "Do I love it when people snort when they laugh? Yes I do!" I can't STAND that!
I know your referencing me and my long and tiresome phase i went through of always saying "honestly" "Truthfully" and most regrettable "the truth of the matter is.."
