The Whitlocks: 4 Months

You decided you don't love your pacifier anymore fore some unknown reason. You rarely spit up anymore. Maybe 3 times a day and not very much. You don't need to be burped much either. You took your first roadtrip with mom to st. George. It was your first time away from dad. You smile anytime anyone looks at or talks to you and anytime mom or dad walk into the room. You roll front to back and back to front now but you can only roll in one direction and get stuck a lot. You roll onto your stomach in your crib and then cry who you can't roll over again. I go in multiple times to roll you to your back until you fall asleep. You love sleeping on your side now and even sometimes your stomach which makes me nervous. I have to go and check a few times to make sure you are breathing. You love jumping nonstop. You love watching Sesame Street videos. Cookie Monster is your favorite. Grover is your least favorite. You love watching videos of yourself everyday. You talk and laugh at the baby in the videos. You are a much better nurser except you get distracted easily by noises or if dad is there and pull off and give us the biggest smile! You're still having diaper blowouts just about everyday. You had your 4 month appointment and were 15 pounds and 25 inches. You wear size 2 diapers and are quickly growing out of your 3-6 month clothes. You enjoy Facetiming Aunt Megan and Grandma Lisa a few times a week. Dad is still your favorite and everyday he reads to you and plays airplane and jump, kiss with you. You just laugh the whole time. You take 3 naps a day and are a good sleeper. You are getting good at grabbing things you want like toys and mom's hair. You just started reaching for my face when I bring it close to yours. Your slip us the tongue when we kiss you on the lips. You are becoming very cuddly and like to put your arms around our necks.
