5 Months

I can't believe you're almost half a year old. Seems like you constantly get more personality and are more fun. You never spit up now and don't need to be burped because you burp yourself from all your moving around. You roll around everywhere both ways and shake your hips in such a funny way to move yourself up and down. You rolled off the bed when I walked away for just a minute. It didn't hurt you but you screamed because it scared you. You wake up smiling and are so happy. You took your first plane ride to California and got to see the beach for the first time. You did pretty well on the plane and had so much fun at the beach with the cope's. You let us know if you want something when we stop it by whining. You still sleep well during the night, sleep in late and have three naps. You laugh and smile at anyone who talks to you. You are becoming more affectionate. You love touching our faces and playing with my hair when you nurse. You focus on one thing and will do it over and over. You still like to jump all the time when we hold you but you like to be held less. You get wiggly and like to be out on the floor where you shake your arms and kick your legs then freeze them in the air then start it again. Over and over. You've tried a few different flavors of baby food. You're getting better at swallowing but are still unsure about it. We let you suck on whatever fruits we are eating. You enjoy that. You chew on your hand non stop and drool a lot. Maybe you are teething. You're getting better at sitting up assisted. You prefer standing to sitting. You sometimes get sad when I leave the room and you can't see me. You are really good at grabbing what you want or anything within reach and then it goes directly into your mouth. You humor dad and listen to all the strange music he plays for you. You went to your first movie at the theater and were really into it even though it was loud and violent. Then you fell asleep during which was really surprising.

Lillie helped decorate and wrap presents

And she helped unwrap them too

This is Suzie named after Mckenna's favorite strange looking doll when she was little. Lillie LOVES Suzie.

Tingey Family Reunion. There are more pictures but I don't have them on my phone.
